These courses offer systematically developing leadership from ground up. There are five major courses in this series. Each one requires the completion of the pervious course, except the first, beginners’.
It is our firm beliefs that an individual must be successful in his/her path before being able to lead others in their path. Mastering necessity concepts, like personal values, personal mission statement, are fundamental to personal prosperity, or Personal Leadership. Managing person’s emotions, time, energy, growth are as important. Intrapersonal communications are essential for Personal Leadership.
Being on the path of success is a prerequisite for leading, or coaching, others in their path as well. An individual must be exemplary for his/her leadership to be acknowledged. Therefore, Personal Leadership is a prerequisite to Leading Individuals. Leading Individuals requires high interpersonal communications, credibility, and trust.
A team is a number of individuals who are morally bonded around a mission. There is no organization’s framework that includes firing, hiring, promotion and demotion. Mastering Leading Individuals will enable Team Leadership. In addition, Team Leadership requires advanced presentation skills, public speaking, setting and sharing vision and mission, values, beliefs and more. Team Leadership requires honesty, knowledge, motivation, and commitment.
Organization is a team with official framework and boundaries. The official framework includes titles, reporting structure, periodical performance assessment, the authority of hiring, firing, promotion and demotion. Organizational Leadership requires the qualities of Team Leadership. In the absence of Team Leadership, Organizational Leadership will be solely dependable on forcing and pushing. Followers will be driven externally, not internally. Organizational Leadership requires, in addition to Team Leadership, goals setting and achieving, aligning individuals’ with organizational mission, result-oriented effort and no-exception accountability.
Leading Leaders is the pinnacle of the Leadership Pyramid. Its perquisites it the preceding four levels of Leadership. Manager of managers, general director, and CEO’s are some examples of a leader of leaders. One of the main functions of the leader of leaders is to provide the proper environment for the leadership growth of the team. Another main function of the leader of leaders is to encourage trust, creativity, and criticism. Sharing the team vision is a third important quality of such leaders.
