The MLI Course Offerings  

§     The materials of these courses have been gathered over 16 years.

The materials of these courses have been gathered over 16 years.

§     Over 250 references are used in preparation of these courses. These references include books, audio books, courses, workshops, seminars, periodicals, lectures, the Internet, and personal and public discussions.

§    The Leadership Pyramid model is completely and solely invented by the MLI. It is unique in the market. Unlike other models, it is a continuum of leadership development of both character and skills.

§     Our approach is holistic. It gradually takes care of:

a)      Character development;

b)      Skills development;

c)      Credibility build-up.

§     Our approach of building leadership is comprehensive. It develops the four elements of human being in parallel and balanced mode:

a)      Emotional growth;

b)      Intellectual growth;

c)      Spiritual growth;

d)      Physical growth.

§     We offer these courses on our facilities for public as well as on-sites at your organization’s premises across the USA.

§     Our courses are modular. Each module contains about 30 minutes of lecturing of 3-4 concepts. Each lecture is followed by 30-45 minutes of hands-on exercises to emphasize these concepts in the most practical way.

§     We only accept 12-20 students per class. This small class size guarantees careful attention to each student.

§     Most courses require some pre-work, and all of them require follow up.

§     Registered members of the MIL receive special discounts toward the cost of these courses. Membership is free on our website.

§     Each student receives a certificate at the completion of each course.

§     All courses are offered on “Train the Trainer” bases as well. Train the Trainer courses are followed up by coaching and consultation for a period of time. Trainers will receive certificates to allow them to teach our materials.

  • Personal Skills Courses  ( 5 items )
    These courses handle the several aspects of personal skills; from Energy Management to Public Speaking and Creativity. Unlike the Leadership Pyramid, these courses stress the skills over the character development. These courses have many hands-on exercises.
  • Courses with Emphasis on Psychology  ( 2 items )
    These courses handle the psychological aspects of leadership. In these courses we explain the different types of human intelligence. We illustrate how to acquire, develop and grow them. We present the importance of each one. We also demonstrate the misconceptions about the requirement of intelligence for achievement and progress in life.  
  • Organizational Courses  ( 1 items )
    These series of workshops are designed for leaders, or prospective leaders of organizations, or sub-organizations. These courses handle the organizational and ideological structural aspects. In these courses we explain the factors of strength of organizations. We also explain the elements of failure of organizations and how to avoid them.  The course handles how to establish a high productivity environment. It illustrates how to you, as a leader, can motivate your staff for peak performance.

    These courses offer systematically developing leadership from ground up. There are five major courses in this series. Each one requires the completion of the pervious course, except the first, beginners’.

    It is our firm beliefs that an individual must be successful in his/her path before being able to lead others in their path. Mastering necessity concepts, like personal values, personal mission statement, are fundamental to personal prosperity, or Personal Leadership. Managing person’s emotions, time, energy, growth are as important. Intrapersonal communications are essential for Personal Leadership.

    Being on the path of success is a prerequisite for leading, or coaching, others in their path as well. An individual must be exemplary for his/her leadership to be acknowledged.  Therefore, Personal Leadership is a prerequisite to Leading Individuals. Leading Individuals requires high interpersonal communications, credibility, and trust.

    A team is a number of individuals who are morally bonded around a mission. There is no organization’s framework that includes firing, hiring, promotion and demotion. Mastering Leading Individuals will enable Team Leadership. In addition, Team Leadership requires advanced presentation skills, public speaking, setting and sharing vision and mission, values, beliefs and more.  Team Leadership requires honesty, knowledge, motivation, and commitment.

    Organization is a team with official framework and boundaries. The official framework includes titles, reporting structure, periodical performance assessment, the authority of hiring, firing, promotion and demotion. Organizational Leadership requires the qualities of Team Leadership. In the absence of Team Leadership, Organizational Leadership will be solely dependable on forcing and pushing. Followers will be driven externally, not internally. Organizational Leadership requires, in addition to Team Leadership, goals setting and achieving, aligning individuals’ with organizational mission, result-oriented effort and no-exception accountability.

    Leading Leaders is the pinnacle of the Leadership Pyramid. Its perquisites it the preceding four levels of Leadership. Manager of managers, general director, and CEO’s are some examples of a leader of leaders. One of the main functions of the leader of leaders is to provide the proper environment for the leadership growth of the team. Another main function of the leader of leaders is to encourage trust, creativity, and criticism. Sharing the team vision is a third important quality of such leaders.

  • Islamic Referenced Courses  ( 2 items )
    These courses are designed for Muslims only. They use Islamic references such as the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. The Muslim leaders across the history are used are role models in these courses. One goal of these courses is to regain the Muslim pride. Another goals is to revive leadership in the Muslim youth.
